Priorité admission The Priorité package is available to customers who remain loyal to Swisscom over an extensive period and during this time spend above a minimum amount on our products and services. This minimum amount varies depending on the agreement duration.

Priorité admission criteria

Included Swisscom products and services. 

  • Basic subscription fees for fixed-network and mobile telephony, Internet, TV and bundled offerings
  • Billed calls, SMS/MMS and data connections in Switzerland and abroad*
  • Entertainment content on Swisscom TV (channel packages, video-on-demand, pay-per-view)
  • Swisscom Internet products and services**
  • Swisscom information service 1811

* Value-added services and special numbers from third-party providers are excluded

** Internet Security, Homepage Tool, Hosted Exchange, Hosting, Service Packs and Business Internet

Required minimum spending for Priorité. 

0 to 5 years: CHF 460 per month, incl. VAT
6 to 10 years: CHF 425 per month, incl. VAT
11 years and more: CHF 380 per month, incl. VAT

A reassessment takes place once a year.  The right to change the criteria is reserved at all times.
