Your loyalty is being rewarded. Priorité is offered to customers who have stayed loyal to Swisscom for a particularly long time and have spent a certain amount on Swisscom products and services. The minimum spend varies depending on the contract duration.

Priorité admission criteria

Products and services included 

  • Basic subscription fees for fixed-network and mobile telephony, Internet, TV and bundled offerings*
  • Billed calls, SMS/MMS and data connections in Switzerland and abroad**
  • Entertainment content on Swisscom TV (channel packages, video-on-demand, pay-per-view)
  • The following Swisscom Internet products and services: Internet Security, Homepage Tool, Hosted Exchange, Hosting, Service Packs, Business Internet
  • Swisscom information service 1811
  • My Service subscription fees

*   Discounts granted are not considered/included in the minimum spending. 
**  Value-added services and special numbers from third-party providers are excluded. 

Required minimum spending 

The spending period runs from 1 January to 31 December. The assessment is based on the previous calendar year.

  • 1 to 5 years: CHF 460 per month, incl. VAT
  • 6 to 10 years: CHF 425 per month, incl. VAT
  • 11 years and more: CHF 380 per month, incl. VAT

Further conditions

  • You will be excluded from taking part in the programme if you repeatedly pay late.
  • A reassessment takes place once a year.
  • We reserve the right to change the criteria / offers at any time.
