Mobile phone broken or lost? Simply call the Priorité Hotline and get a replacement straight away. Shipping is free of charge*, regardless of your mobile package.

Temporary device in case of fault

Defective smartphone? Don’t worry. Just go to a Swisscom Shop in Switzerland on any working day and you can get a free replacement device to use while your old one is being repaired.

Free replacement and extra SIM 

SIM card defective or lost while travelling? No problem! For your own security, simply block the card via the Priorité Hotline and we’ll get you a replacement straight away. We will send you the new card by post on request and activate it immediately. We’ll even include a backup card on request, which can be activated at any point over the following three months. After that, it loses its validity. With a second activated SIM card, the Multi Device, you can use two telephones, your smartwatch or your tablet with one number. The Multi Device is free of charge and the service fee is just CHF 10** per month.
